Suppress false positive file protection warning on Pantheon #968
Description
Drupal's status report shows "Public files directory - Not fully protected" on Pantheon environments, polluting monitoring alerts. This is a false positive: Pantheon uses NGINX with infrastructure-level file protection, but Drupal only checks for Apache .htaccess files.
