GKE as additional deployment target

Creating this Feature Request to collect interest into having GKE as an extra deployment target. 

Currently the workaround is to leverage Cloud Run as deployment target and modify the template to instead 1) create a GKE cluster 2) Deploy to the GKE cluster instead of Cloud Run
