Describe the feature or resource

Currently, it's impossible to update edition of SQLInstance from ENTERPRISE to ENTERPRISE_PLUS, while changing other fields (such as instance type).

Planning to implement this fix in 1.125

This is now fixed in v1.125. To enable the fix, follow https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/k8s-config-connector/blob/master/docs/features/optin.md to enable the new, experimental direct controller for each affected SQLInstance resource.
