I have installed the browser extension for Gopeed and also the desktop app for gopeed, but still the downloads dont take over automatically (windows 11, browser: brave). I had to add a remote server for gopeed to automatically take over the downloads. But still i dont get any confirmation dialog even though the options are enabled in the extension settings. gopeed version: 1.9.3, extension version: 1.1.4
