Conversation notifications are disabled upon viewing their settings.

Switching over to a fresh install of messaging then proceeding to view the notification settings of a previous conversation will cause the notifications to be disabled for that conversation.

Steps to reproduce:

1.) Download google messages, set it to the default sms app
2.) Open messagaging (no need to do anything in the app)
3.) from messaging's app info page, clear storage, disable the app then, re-enable the app
4.) Open messaging
5.) Hit next, select messaging in the list of sms apps, then hit "Set as default"
6.) You should be on the page listing graphene os's history of recipients
7.) From another phone that you have access to, text the graphene phone, wait for it to arrive
8.) Repeat steps 1-6
9.) Tap on the other phone's number in the history of recipients
10.) Tap on the 3 dots in top right corner > "People & Options"
11.) Tap on notifications
12.) Hit back to return to People & Options page
13.) Tap square button, swipe up to close app, then hit circle to go home
14.) Text graphene os phone from the other phone
15.) You should not receive a push notification for the text
