Improve Web Installer page to be more approachable for non-technical users.

Specific suggestions:

• Hide some of the information that will be unneeded for most users, with e.g. HTML details https://dev.to/isfotis/html-details-is-awesome-1c20
• Preference non-technical wording, e.g. "What you need' instead of "Prerequisites"
• Number the steps.
• Demote the step "Working around fwupd bugs on Linux distributions" so people don't think they have to do this scary / unfamiliar sounding thing
• Hide / remove terms that will be offputting for some users e.g. "command-line installation", or use different formatting / page layout to make it clear that these are advanced options

I'm happy to have a go at reformatting and rewording, and some other user flow / UI tweaks, especially if there's someone with deeper involvement who can answer my questions about rationale for some of the terms used.

The suggestions here are good candidates for progressive disclosure: keep advanced Linux/fwupd and CLI material available, but move it behind details blocks after the main “what you need” path. A quick usability check could be whether a first-time installer can read only the numbered steps and still know when they need to expand the advanced sections.
