Create few repos with configuration examples

Create a few example repositories with vuh configurations (f.e. for package.json files in npm projects, for pom.xml for build.gradle, etc.).
Also there should be documentation about overriding methods in .vuh and list of common methods to override (get_larger_prerelease_info, after_successful_version_update, etc.).
