Create and host service for handling submissions
Package all UI & GrinNode logs into a single zip
UI components & Client logic

We need to capture enough info to diagnose, while limiting privacy loss: Grin++ version, OS, issue description, location (optional), logs

We should return a ticket id that the submitter can use to track the status
