Create subteams page #44
Description
Add a subteams page on hexlabs.org/teams (or something like that), where there's a carousel of all the major subteams (design, tech, ops, finance, marketing).
We don't need specific content or photos yet, but each carousel slide should have room for a title (subteam name), exec names/contact, team description, and an image. (use placehold.co / lorem ipsum for placeholders for now)
On desktop/widescreen, the image should be on the left while the 3 text components should be vertically stacked on the right.
On mobile, the image should be on top and the three text components should be stacked vertically underneath.
Also need arrow buttons somewhere to switch the card, can choose between on the sides, or underneath, or something else
