Installation fails on Rpi4 with RPI OS bookworm - 6.1.21-v8+ (or later)

I really have no clue. I had it working, developed an app using picovoice porpupine/pvrecorder, vosk, google TTS...

I made a new SD card, flashed a new image of bookworm 64 bit, and I could not reinstall the driver. Problem with dkms, linux-headers, etc...

Finally after many tries and reboots it's ok, listen in aplay -l and arecorder -l, but pvrecorder 1.1.1. doesn't see it.

Has anyone had any luck ?

Even with bullseye I see similar problems.

I am using kernel 6.12.25 bookworm. and at the beginning after installation I didn't update the kernel, even apt update && apt update, I immediately installed git and cloned the repository from hintak and adjusted the kernel and branch version. just follow step v1 and continue v2.
used this method https://wiki.seeedstudio.com/respeaker_2_mics_pi_hat_raspberry_v2/ and of course i already did the v1 thing before (required).
it works for LED but I can't load it for mic and speaker I don't know if the problem is in the kernel or there is a driver that is not installed.
