Start deployer from existing ROKS in VPC

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
One cannot start a deployer from the ROKS in VPC cluster since the vpc file storage classes are not taken into account.

Support of VPC storage classes.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Usable workaround is to duplicate an existing ibmc-vpc-file-1000-iops storage class into a new instance with the "classic" name: ibmc-file-gold-gid. Then the cloud-pak-deployer-status PVC is created.
