Software Hub 5.3.0 installation options

Describe the bug
The setting of installation options in Software Hub 5.3.0 and services have changed dramatically: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/software-hub/5.3.x?topic=services-specifying-installation-options

We need to update the deployer to configure the non_olm object and include the installation options headers for each of the services mentioned, which deviate from the component naming.

Example:
In Software Hub 5.2, watsonx.data installation options are under watsonx_data. In Software Hub 5.3, they are under watsonxData. Similar challenge for other services.

• Update cp4d-variables to include installation option headers
• Make generation of installation options dependent on version of Software Hub
• Update sample configurations for Software Hub 5.3
