Failed to delete a data disk after deleting an instance in error state

We encountered an issue where an instance was in the error state with a data disk attached. After deleting the instance, the data disk still appears as attached to the deleted instance. When attempting to delete the data disk, the operation fails with a message indicating that it must be detached from the instance first.
