Provide the possibility for registered admins, to generate a login-free survery, e.g. behind a hash-value URL.

The setting with a readable, but password protected event URL is a hurdle for the users. In some scenarios, it will be sufficient to share a hash-based URL for an event or online workshop which is not protected, but can be activated and deactivated by the owner, so it is not modified after use (or it can be modified, but has no impact after the liive event).
