Issues during release v1.79.0

• install_pyenv does not always sets global version properly WONT DO
• should redis be epheral and contain no persistent data ? WONT DO
• pyenv is not properly installed on dalco? WONT DO
• domain redirect was not properly configured (see fix implemented later)
• shall we add random suffix to machine hostnames?

Issues during release v1.80.0

• api endpoint infinite sign in window
• sim4life science manual traefik rule was not configured (fixed in repo.config and retagged)
• vendors manual is not available for testing during maintenance
• We should add task for release for sim4life.io and osparc.io the vendors-manual service needs to be always restarted
• Portainer cannot start service with private itisfoundation images #1089
