[ENHANCEMENT] `Contract`/`ContractAdd`: lazy versions of `contract[!]`/`contractadd[!]`

Related to #7, we should have lazy versions of contraction called Contract and ContractAdd that are analogous to ArrayLayouts.Mul and ArrayLayouts.MulAdd, which will help with code organization, customizability, and extensibility.
