[Feature request] make 'IcingaKey' content customisable

I'd like to propose the possibility of making the 'IcingaKey' content customisable.
One use-case could be that one could create separate tickets for warning and critical states by setting IcingaKey =hostname!servicename!servicestate

what about a macro renderer for the service key (then you can use all kinds of custom vars)? with a fallback for (hostname, servicename and state) to the corresponding arguments for the icingacli command?

I thing it would also be a good idea to have this if you have multiple icinga instances opening tickets in one jira project.
for example to different (not connected icinga single master nodes) are monitoring like example.com it would be nice to have different tickets for that.
with an adaptable "Icinga Key" this can be easily achieved

hostname!servicename!servicestate would lead to a change in the logic

It would split between unknown, warning, critical and ok so you will have 3 problem tickets which can be nice.

Any Transition opens a ticket because of the state in the icingaKey

In case of Recovery search for all problem tickets for this monitoringObject and set them to OK if not OK?
