Error 107 - Transport endpoint is not connected

Hi,

Discord plugin version: 1.4.2
StreamController version: 1.5.0-beta.8 (Flatpak)

I noticed that if I launch StreamController first and Discord later, the plugin does not work. I have to restart StreamController to fix it, then everything goes back to normal.

The particular error was caused by me trying to join voice channel, but other buttons (like mute toggle) does not work neither.

This should be resolved in #41 which will be released as 1.4.7 shortly
