During mode transitions last and first vector of old and new modes overlap #26

During mode transitions, e.g., from Normal to Burst, data from the last vector of the previous mode and from the first vector of the next mode overlap. See example below, where Normal and Burst mode are overlapping, causing "spikes" in the data:

The software should be able to deal with this and only choose one, such that data is not shown as overlapping.
