Save loaded blocks

### Description

The plugin is hiding blocks until within a certain radius (I know this is a feature)

### Proposed Behaviour

We run an smp and evertime we are running around the plugin is hiding/updating blocks based on radius. It would be neat if we could set it so once a block has been seen/loaded it stays loaded.
