Adding Wiki Pages

I been looking at 5.0.0 for a while now, and while things are being worked on, I been wondering how to build it. But right now there is a complete lack of any notes on how to build or actually anything on the wiki at all (other than said announcement). So as a result this discussion was made to help solve that. Coming up with stuff to put on said Wiki to prevent it from just becoming another area not used. After all 5.0.0 will be changing everything, so we might as well use this time to catch up on other areas of the Project too.

Hello, a few months ago I wanted to start an initiative like this: Docs-PipePipe.

However, due to the complete rewrite, @InfinityLoop1308 doesn’t have the time to review it and share his thoughts. It would be great to pursue this initiative; it’s very easy—just Markdown for a simple website built with a pipeline.
