In this article Panasonic shares a story of applying InnerSource, to bring the development cultures of two different units more closely together.

Following Panasonic Connect’s acquisition of Blue Yonder, significant difference in development cultures between the two companies brought a “sense of danger.” To overcome the differences, they decided to pursue a cloud-native development culture. As a platform and tool for change, Panasonic Connect adopted Microsoft Azure and GitHub. This article describes how Panasonic Connect has worked on the transformation of its development culture.

@yuhattor do you think that there might be InnerSource patterns in this story by Panasonic that we could extract? Could be new or existing patterns.

And if so, would Panasonic be open to be mentioned as a "Known Instance" on such patterns?

@yuhattor I know that you are super busy. As the Panasonic story above is still relatively new, I would love to use the opportunity to find somebody related to that story who can contribute to our patterns.

Is there somebody else in the local Japanese InnerSource community possibly that could help us with this? Could be a way to recruit a new contributor as well :)
