when generating a longer video, the notebook almost always crashes first attempt, but after you rerun prepare environment, it works fine, I'm wondering why this happens and if there is a way to prevent this and run it first try

I've not experienced this on first tries; only during subsequent generations on the T4. I am not sure why this happens, but I guess there are some cached files that take up memory during the initial preparation of the environment (and also during the first generation) which are not cleared until a crash occurs. There's probably a way to free up memory before inference, but I don't know how to go about it.
