Can Mesa9x work on Windows 9x on 86box

So here are something that I want ask that been in my mind about Mesa9x and 86box.

Can Mesa9x work in a Windows 98 environment on 86box?

I mean the 86box has Pentium to Pentium II emulation and Mesa9x is compatible with MMX and it requires a powerful host CPU which I have is an Intel Core i9-14900KF. Which I was wondering if 86box utilizes. But for Windows 95 you need like simd95 to get it get Win95 to use SSD to get Mesa9x to work at its fullest, although MMX does work with Windows 95, but still...

To add another question can Mesa9x be used with wine9x on 86box, Mesa can like emulate OpenGL 2.1 with BRGA instructions.

86Box emulates retro CPUs, such as the Pentium II 300 MHz. That CPU is too weak for Mesa9x. It might work but it would be very slow.
