Where exactly is the central nixos-rebuild config file on this flake

Hey probably a dumb question but im having trouble understanding the readme. What directory is the main config in? hosts/<your-hostname>/configs.nix isn't a valid directory (yes i swapped the hostname for the hostname). Hosts seems to be another placeholder but im not sure what directory it is implying here.
