Improve Project Documentation and Community Standards

[NIVIBUGS]

I noticed that the repository could benefit from improved documentation and community guidelines. I’d like to work on the following enhancements:

Add CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md – to define clear contributor behavior guidelines.

Add CONTRIBUTING.md – to help new contributors understand setup, contribution flow, and PR process.

These updates will make the project more welcoming and contributor-friendly.

I’d love to take this up and submit a PR once approved.
