Make a basic portfolio desing using only html and css

Hi! I’d like to work on this.
My approach:
1.I will create a clean structure using HTML that includes sections like Name, Skills, Education, and Projects.
2.On the first page, the user will see the profile picture and name. On the top-right corner, there will be headings like Skills, Education, and Projects.
3.When the user clicks on these headings, it will smoothly navigate to the respective section.
4.Users will also be able to view sections by sliding/scrolling.
5.On the first page, I will include GitHub and LinkedIn icons that redirect to the actual profiles.
