Importers and Exporters are being counted as blocks in the system #8
Description
Currently, the system is counting Importers and Exporters as blocks, while also counting them as Importers/Exporters.
As a result, each Importer or Exporter is occupying two slots in the system.
The expected behavior is that blocks should be reserved only for components, and Importers and Exporters should not be included in the block count.
Current Behavior:
Importers and Exporters are counted as:
Blocks
Importers/Exporters
This causes them to occupy 2 slots in the system.
Expected Behavior:
Blocks should be used exclusively for components.
Importers and Exporters must not be counted as blocks.
Each Importer or Exporter should occupy only one slot related to its role.
Impact:
Incorrect usage of available slots
Unnecessary limitation on the number of components that can be added to the system
