Getting started for Linux

The Linux version depends on some external dependencies which are not documented.

As far as I know, at least the following apt packages are required:
```bash
sudo apt install libgtksourceview2.0-0 libao4
```
on Ubuntu 18.04.

The `bsnes` file is not executable. This can be fixed by adding a `chmod +x bsnes` when creating the artifact.
