added shares and contracts to stock, option, future
made option expiry Nullable{Date}
futures do not display suffix independently but concat with ticker
show methods include all the elements with NA as sentinels
remove all references to shares/contracts -> quantity
remove all references to type Ticker, which is now occupied by Symbol
abbreviated Stock constructor now needs number of shares
