add deck categories

We need to support categories for deck building!

Steps to do this:
Add a new model category, that belongs to a deck object.
There should be a default set of categories that apply to every new deck. Mainly card types. (land, sorcery, creature, artifact, planeswalker, enchantment, instant) Along with custom categories like (sideboard, maybeboard, commander, etc.)

Then each type of card should be organized by section for easy and quick understanding when viewing a deck.
