Multi Row Headers

I'm trying to get the layout of a Header Cell to have the header text on one line and the Column Action Icons (sorting, filtering etc) on the next line.

I can use the Header function to tweak the layout & text of the text part, but the sorting/filtering/actions icons always get positioned to the side of that text whereas I'd like to have them below.

I'm trying to economize on column width!

Any suggestions?
