Some transport implementation via tcp sockets

Plans:

• Add compression
• Add tls support
• Add protocol version approval
• Add ping-pong packets

Problems:

• Invalid socket closure is not handled (valid too)
• Lack of backward compatibility when extending serialization types

Not feasible at the moment:

• Connection pool

@mister-svinia looked at it, I'd say it is quite a reasonable implementation!
Yes, there are questions about the lifetime, but KrpcTransport doesn't provide fine grained control for now. Also, mind that there is TLS here - so everything in unencrypted
But it is a good example of an unofficial transport implementation!
