What's the difference between a root and a core? If they are the same, then couldn't it be better if core was changed to root?

My recollection is that root and core are the same. @bobaoai, can you confirm that? If so, I think "root" better describes the "first synthesized glycan." Would it be easy to change all occurances of "core" to "root?" Or we could change all occurances of "root" to "core" if that is too hard. Regardless, we should make this naming consistent and update the readme.
