功能描述

现在的主要是当缩放到能使section框标题文字最大化时，所有的section框标题文字都会显示最大化，互相看不清

设置开启了一个section框的最大化设置之后，它的标题最大化触发条件依然是镜头缩放到某一个阈值才触发
