I think we just need to add a good ReadMe and some more docstrings

I have this PR here bancaditalia/BeforeIT.jl#70 ready for when we have a release for this. What do you think of #153 (comment)? In any case maybe we could still release a 0.1.0, I think we are already there in terms of tests, stability and docs
