Optimize the switching between Chinese and English.

Description:

I found that when switching from Chinese to English, the text switching can be displayed without refreshing, but when switching from English to Chinese, refreshing is required to see the text switching.

I tried modifying the UI's App.vue and main.ts, but it doesn't seem to have fixed the issue. Due to the lack of debugging tools for Vue, my answer may sound a bit vague.

I installed the Vue.js devtools extension in Firefox and attempted to add the following in main.ts:

However, the Vue devtools panel still does not appear in the browser's F12 developer tools.

ChatGPT responded that this indicates the page is using the production build of Vue, which does not activate devtools by default.

Question: I'm wondering—what Vue debugging tool is used in api-testing?

It looks like you can use the Chrome debug directly. It works for me. The only thing that you might need pay attention is that you need to choose the right source file from Chrome.

You can start the front-end by running npm run dev.

I've fixed this minor bug, but according to CONTRIBUTING-ZH.md, after running npm run dev (only starting the frontend), executing make test now produces the following errors. Strangely, I didn't explicitly modify any backend code. Similarly, running npm run build under console/atest-ui/ also shows multiple errors. ​​I might be missing some commands or dependencies​​. Preliminary investigation suggests the mock server might not be properly listening. I'm currently reviewing console/atest-ui/README.md and docs/site/content/zh/latest/tasks/mock.md.
