[Bug]: Initial placement of stamp transformation bugs

What happened?

Actually two bugs during the initial placement of a stamp process:

• During the initial placement of a stamp it does not support flipping the stamp. -> it always faces into the same direction (indroduced by latest commits)
• Scaling the initial placement of a stamp to a width around 0 or a height around 0 it teleports away by an offset and uses the old proportions until the user scales the width/height away from 0 where it then return to normal (already present in beta.2)
