Crash with no error in the Flatpak version when a client connects

Describe the Bug

The app crashes with no error message as soon as a client connects.

I saw a weird "Unsupported format: yuv420p10le" messages and a lot of AV1 VA-API errors, so I tried disabling AV1 support, and still it crashes.
