Migration to Sonatype Central. #95
Description
OSSRH is being sunset, so a migration of the org.log4s Maven group is necessary by June 30, 2025 to continue publishing. I'm able to do this, but it's primarily @sarahgerweck's project, so I don't want to do it without her blessing.
The project hasn't needed a release since May 2021, so this is a "not at all important until one day it suddenly is" issue.
