File paths on the "Problems" pane on Windows are not relative to the workspace

This issue may be caused by backends "normalization" of paths on Windows, notably down-casing, that seem to result in paths syntactically different (but semantically equivalent) from the paths expected by VSCode.

• GNU Prolog: paths are relative
• SWI-Prolog: paths are absolute
• SICStus Prolog: paths are absolute
