Program stuck while installing

Device: iMac 17,1
OS Version: macOS Monterey 12.7.6

While trying to install an .ISO Image of OS X El Capitan, in the terminal after typing the command I could install the installer application, but now while I waiting to download the .ISO Image, the terminal is stuck at "installer: Installing at base path /", it's been like that since 20 minutes from now.
