add numlua

numlua [1] is probably a good module to add if anyone wants to work on adding it. As discussed on the github README page, it depends on some other C modules, which also need to be built.

Sorry, I have replaced the old numlua with a fork from https://github.com/carvalho/numlua while working on the issue. This results in broken checkout it should be fixed now.
