Add definitions for the nCine, an open source cross-platform 2D game framework that can be scripted with Lua.

I have already opened PR #190 for this addon.

@carsakiller Hello, I didn't have time to test earlier, but today I tried to enable the addon from the manager and I got this error in the log:

Do you know how can I fix it?

Ah, @encelo, there is a trailing comma in the config.json, which is invalid JSON. It will need to be removed, and an update PR will be needed.
