Unable to set this theme

Hi,

I tried replaceing the refind folder with this one but it removes the NVAM BIOS entry where I had to reinstall refind.

Also I tried placing this under 'themes' folder but it didn't work as it loaded the default refind theme.

A detailed guide on the page should help - if that's all possible.
