Replace PyFilesystem with FsSpec #78
Description
Why maintain out of date packages; SGA-V2 and Chunky-V1 both have a pyfilesystem dependency (as well as all the archived sga/chunky packages)
This is problematic for some of my asset packages, which use an abstraction layer over the Essence/ChunkyFS objects to convert to/from assets, but that shouldn't be too hard to fix after moving to fsspec
While other packages may be affected, these two are the priority
- SGA-V2
- Chunky-V1
