Feature request

Part of epic #4367

Description

As a developer, I want the Layout to use DaisyUI with zoneless signals so that we have a modern, consistent styling approach.

Layout means especially the 2 top bars and the map. so they all can grow correctly

Acceptance criteria

  • Layout uses DaisyUI classes instead of custom SCSS
  • Layout works zoneless with signals
  • All SCSS files related to Layout are removed

Assumptions & Exclusions

This is a refactoring task focused on migrating styling and reactivity approach.

Development notes (optional Task Breakdown)

  • Remove SCSS dependencies
  • Implement DaisyUI classes
  • Convert to zoneless signals
  • Test functionality
