• Compile a file to messages.mo:

msgfmt {{file.po}}

• Convert a .po file to a .mo file:

msgfmt {{path/to/file.po}} {{[-o|--output-file]}} {{path/to/file.mo}}

• Display help:

msgfmt {{[-h|--help]}}
