Gitalk validation failed because the label name is too long

I found a problem that issue cannot be created with error validation failed. That is because label name cannot longer than 50 character.

I don't know how to modify github-style theme, so just a simple work around:

  [params.gitalk]
    id = "decodeURI(location.pathname)

Therefore the label would be chinese character not the utf8, so most of the label would be less than 50 character.
Maybe it could be improved by adding option to change id into md5.

But for now the decodeURI can solve the problem in most of the case.
