Add another recipe

I have ended up using this as an investigation issue to start to see what needs to change in CMEW in order to run more recipes than recipe_radiation_budget.yml.

I have been struggling to find suitable recipes to try, but will keep a list here of (some of) those I've considered.

• examples/recipe_python.yml is more difficult to fetch, and has variables listed with short_name key
• recipe_seaice_sensitivity.yml isn't available in 2.12.0
• recipe_seaice.yml uses variables that I can't seem to find with CDDS (fx/areacello and OImon/sic). It also has one diagnostic that uses additional datasets
• recipe_zec.yml isn't available in 2.12.0
• recipe_impact.yml lists its variables in two different ways

I'm trying to list in the comments the kinds of issues I'm coming up against, along with any thoughts on their solutions.

Current problems, listed as separate comments for ease of amendment / referencing:

1. Many CMIP6-style recipes weren't in the 2.12.0 version.

Should be solved by getting 2.13.0 environment working.

2. Some recipes are in subfolders, meaning the esmvaltool recipes get command doesn't work.

Can be solved by putting something like this script as configure_for/bin/get_recipes.py:

Do we use subprocess? Is there a better way?
